Don't Hold Open the Elevator Doors

Please do not hold the elevator doors open with your hands for an extended period.  If you have children or guests please let them know not to do this.  If you need to hold the doors open use the OPEN DOORS button inside the cab.  The attached $440.00 invoice is the latest of several recent invoices that required the elevator maintenance company to reset the elevator.  This invoice was for a call made during normal business hours.  The invoices for calls made during overtime periods are over $1,000.  These costs add up. 

Please, everyone take responsibility for yourself and your guests, renters and children so we can reduce these unnecessary  costs.
