Delay in Tower 1 Stack 2 Curtain Wall Window Installation

We regret to inform you of a delay in the installation of the curtain wall operable windows for Tower 1, Stack 2 due to the unforeseen dimensions of the scaffolding. This issue has delayed the installation of the operable window located in the main bedroom “location 3”, and the solution we have determined is to wait until the scaffolding is removed from the stack to allow for proper installation. We anticipate that this will occur around mid to late January.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption to the original schedule and any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that we are actively working on a plan to ensure the work proceeds as smoothly as possible. In the meantime, for those units with openings, we will ensure that they are covered with the necessary plastic to minimize the amount of dust and air entering the unit.

For units in Tower 1, Stack 2 we are pleased to report that we now have the repair details from the structural engineer to proceed with the installation of the curtain wall in the guest bedroom “location 4”. These details are currently being implemented to install the necessary structural modifications.
