Updated Plumbing Protocols (Sep. 2024)

In July, new plumbing protocols were distributed with new preferred plumbers for plumbing replacement projects; however, a 24-hour plumber for emergency plumbing repairs was not provided.  Our preferred plumbing company, High Quality Plumbing (619.392.4379), has expanded to the point where they can now provide 24-hour plumbing services.  

The new plumbing protocols include this information.  These protocols convey an ever-evolving process where we learn from previous practices and what went both right and wrong.  Please retain and refer to the plumbing protocols if plumbing issues arise for your unit.
